Sydney Mindfulness Training offers mindfulness training to individuals and groups in both the private and corporate sectors. A core programme is the 8 week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program in which participants are taught, encouraged and supported to be "fully present in the here and now, being in touch with what is going on inside us and around us".
Mindfulness meditation is easy to understand conceptually but more challenging in practice. The course, underpinned by research and theory, is structured around experiential exercises. This gives participants a real insight into what it feels like to be mindful.
Rita draws on 20 years of experience to present an 8 week course, in a lighthearted and fun environment, that gives participants a sense of the wonderful life changing benefits of living mindfully.
