Mindfulness is about learning to be fully present, to be aware of who you are and the sensations that arise in your body or mind when you’re under stress, or when you’re overwhelmed or upset.
Mindfulness teaches you to self-regulate stress and find inner peace.

About Rita

Rita is a Somatic Psychotherapist with 20 years clinical experience. She uses her knowledge of the body and psychotherapy to ground the skills of mindfulness into daily life. Rita has completed all levels of training outlined by the Centre for Mindfulness for the facilitation of the 8-week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction course.
